Welcome to our website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services
We provide website design, development, and related digital services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be defined in a separate proposal or agreement between our agency and the client.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all required materials (such as text, images, branding assets, and product information) in a timely manner. Any delays in providing content or approvals may extend project timelines.
3. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees, and we reserve the right to pause or terminate work until outstanding invoices are paid.
4. Revisions & Acceptance
Each project includes a limited number of revision rounds as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions may be billed at our standard hourly rate. Final approval of deliverables indicates acceptance and completion of the project.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final website or deliverables. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials. Any third-party assets (such as stock images, fonts, or plugins) remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their licensing terms.
6. Warranties & Support
We make every effort to deliver high-quality, functional websites. However, we do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted. Post-launch support or maintenance is available through separate agreements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our agency shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Clients will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date, including any non-refundable third-party costs.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our agency is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised date.
